Just a reminder on bookings from 5pm onwards, the traffic can be terrible, really terrible around this time. I have had to cancel several appointments this last month due to people running very late, stuck on the M25 or another motorway, too late for me to now see them or for them to be able to see me. It is the reason why I don’t do many late in the day sessions anymore, 9 out of 10 sessions booked after 5.30 end up arriving late 30 minutes+. If you want to arrange this time on a weekday, only do it if you are travelling a short distance and have allowed plenty of time to get to me and can get here on time.
