Started the day with another strenuous workout, although it is harder now it’s dark in the mornings, when it’s light I seem to be able to get up so much earlier.
I now have enough holdups, thanks to the person who posted me some, they should last me a while, there was nothing left in my local M&S.
This week I am around as normal so far.
