Just a reminder that I can only take the old paper £20 and £50 notes until the end of September, I seem to be getting rather a lot of them lately, so if you have any, you have two and a half months to get rid of them.
Also a message to people coming into England from overseas, I am getting offered the old £10 paper notes which people have left over from their last visit to England, mostly pre 2020. They are no longer legal tender and you cant use them (you would not know this unless you live here), if you have any of these I cannot take them, the best way to deal with them is to go to a bank and exchange them for the new plastic ones.
