I am around all of this week as normal, apart from Sunday when I am not available.
Remember on the day appointments only, no exceptions, free from 9am-8pm, I only do sessions after 6pm with people I have seen before.

As usual all appointments are made on the day, via the phone, no sessions can be booked in advance. Appointments after 6pm are for existing clients only.

I am around as normal this week, apart from Saturday when I am not available, I have the large fan, which if I direct at you while we are sessioning it keeps everyone cool, also my electric shower is available before and after a session to cool down if you have it on cold mode. Sessions pre 12pm are the coolest time of the day if you wilt in the heat.

I am around all this week as normal, apart from Wednesday 14th when I am available until 3pm. On the day appointments only, nothing in advance at the moment.
It is going to get hotter mid week, I have a large quiet fan to cool things down if things get hot.

As usual, all appointments are on the day via the phone, no advance bookings at the moment. Evening appointments are only for people who have seen me before, although I prefer the daytime as I get up so early!

I am around Monday 28th June-Friday 2nd July as usual. I am not available on Saturday 3rd, and only available on Sunday 4th after 4pm.
Important message for someone who wrote me a letter this week enclosing a deposit for an advance session, I have no way of contacting you, there were no details in the letter, I have no idea how long the session is for, and as per my website I am no longer taking advance session bookings due to a high cancellation rate. It is extremely important that you do not turn up for this session as I have not talked to you on the phone to arrange this. You need to contact me as a matter of urgency to discuss this, I know you have seen me before. I have to have a phone number in order to arrange a session, I make no exceptions to this rule.
To anyone who wants to book a session and remain anonymous, go into a mobile phone shop or supermarket, you can buy a throwaway phone and sim card, or you can use an old phone and put a new pay as you go sim in it. Use this phone to book sessions, the sim is tiny and easy to hide, lots of people have old sim cards hanging around their house so they don’t look out of place.

I am around as usual this week, however I will not be available on Saturday 26th.
Feel free to call to arrange a session, remember I am only doing on the day appointments at the moment.
There have been signal problems in my area (again) and some calls have gone straight to voice mail, most people can get through if they ring immediately a second time, or calling on my second number as displayed on the website as that is on a different network. On Sunday I had a lot of missed call alerts come through at 4 in the morning all from people who had tried calling me on Saturday, nothing was getting through on the 07590 number for most of that day.

I am around as normal this week Monday to Friday, but only free until 3pm on Saturday 19th June and 4.30pm on Sunday 20th June.

If it’s hot I have my hyper powered but quiet fan to cool things down.

Very happy with myself this week, having got stronger with my weight lifting, I am thinking of buying ankle weights to make my workouts harder!

Please allow much more time to get to me, the traffic is back to pre-covid levels, if not worse.
9am Appointments are welcome, just make sure you call around 7am when my phone goes on to arrange, I workout early and need notice to be ready in time.
